Mary
Harris is an experienced yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga to
pregnant women for over 20 years.
She holds yoga teaching diplomas from Viniyoga Britain and the British Wheel
of Yoga (special Pregnancy Module). Mary trained as a State Registered Nurse
(SRN) which included midwifery elements.
She has three children and six grandchildren. She continues to work with her
personal yoga teacher and keeps in touch and up-to-date with current trends
and training.
Mary teaches yoga from Cheltenham and Northleach, Gloucestershire in the Cotswolds.
